Alexander McCallum API trades as a sole-trader under the company title Globe-Sec Consultancy. The privacy policy will explain how Globe-Sec Consultancy uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

Complete investigative tasks
Send via email - current and outstanding information

HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
Our company securely stores your data at our office premises. We also secure all electronic files using encryption procedures where possible.
Our company will keep your electronic contact details and investigative information on our computer system for up-to-7 days - after our investigative duties are completed. Once this time period has expired, we will copy your investigative files and contact information onto a "memory stick" when we will retain the information for a time period of 56 days, (allowing for any legal challenges or disputes to be initiated or resolved.) Upon retention of any information for 56 days, we will contact the ex-client and enquire about the most suitable method of destruction or return of all information, to the client.
MARKETING
We will not use your data for marketing purposes. We will not pass your details onto a third party for marketing purposes.

Every user is entitled to the following:
Right to Access - You have the right to request Our company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The Right to Erase - You have the right to request that Our company erase your personal data under certain conditions.
